TEACHER DISCOUNTS

Teachers who bring 55 or more registered students will receive one complimentary hotel room for two nights. If you qualify for the complimentary room, DR will make the reservation at the hotel and pay for the room and tax. Please provide the name for the reservation on the registration form. The room reserved will have two double beds.

NOTE: To qualify for a teachers discount all attendees must be pre-registered on the same registration form by early cut off date - all earned teacher's discounts can only be applied to those registered as teachers. Students are defined as paying Apprentice, Junior or Senior level attendees. Scholarship students cannot be applied to Teacher Discount.

Observer

Includes ALL ACCESS entry. MUST NOT be a Teacher, Owner or non-registered dance student. Observers CAN NOT participate - only observe.

NO REFUNDS will be given after funds have been received. Return check fee of $35 will be collected for an NSF check. No charge for children as observers under 6 years old. No video taping allowed during entire convention unless you have purchased a Video Class Pass. Cover ups must be worn outside of ballrooms at all times. Modest dress at all times is required. No high cut leotards, mid-drifts, or backless tops. No entry into ballrooms without wristband.
