TEACHER DISCOUNTS

Teachers who bring 55 or more registered students will receive one complimentary hotel room (Friday and Saturday night of the event) at the host hotel. If you qualify for the complimentary room, notify the DR Office with the name for the room no later than 30 days before the event so DR can reserve and cover the room + tax charge at the host hotel. It does not cover incidental charges. The room reserved will have two double beds.

NOTE: To qualify for a teachers discount all attendees must be pre-registered on the same registration form by early cut off date - all earned teacher's discounts can only be applied to those registered as teachers. Students are defined as paying Apprentice, Junior or Senior level attendees. Scholarship students cannot be applied to Teacher Discount.

Observer

Includes ALL ACCESS entry if you purchased a wristband. MUST NOT be a Teacher, Owner or non-registered dance student. Observers CANNOT participate - only observe.

NO REFUNDS or CREDITS will be given after funds have been received, for any reason, including weather-related circumstances. Return check fee of $35 will be collected for an NSF check. No charge for children as observers under 6 years old. No video taping allowed during entire convention unless you have purchased a Video Class Pass. Cover ups must be worn outside of ballrooms at all times. Modest dress at all times is required. No high cut leotards, bra tops, or midriffs showing. No entry into ballrooms without wristband.
