Why is August a good time to come to REFINE?

August, the 8th month, is the time for “New Beginnings” for your studios and for your assignment as a teacher. It’s the time when you feel the rush of a brand new year while at the same time feeling ill-equipped to accomplish the year’s challenges that lie ahead. REFINE will show that not only are you qualified and ready, but it will take you on a motivational journey that will absolutely rejuvenate your studio, your students and your personal outlook, confirming your calling as a teacher and/or studio owner.

Why should I bring my studio staff?

We have designed this conference just for you! We have utilized 10 incredible years of Dance Revolution conventions, and we have listened to what YOU wanted. And NOW, finally, we have made it possible for you and your staff to experience all the cumulative knowledge and wisdom that surrounds us here at DR in the form of our professional staff members and accomplished attendees. These extremely talented individuals are all looking forward to imparting extensive dance industry knowledge, not to mention a ton of pure fun and countless surprises!!!

What is the difference between Refine and DR’s Regional Conventions?

This is for teachers, ministry leaders, and studio owners only! You will not once have to worry about looking after and organizing your students or parents this weekend! You will only need to focus on you, the advancement of your life’s work, and all the many things God has in store for you as you dance into your upcoming and demanding year. It is our intension to help you be prepared,
productive, and as a result, completely fulfilled as a leader in the arena of dance.

What to Expect:

When you leave, we believe that as a result of your REFINE weekend, you will feel equipped and empowered to take on the many tasks and challenges that today’s dance industry presents to professionals who make a living in and around the dance world. It is our belief that transformation comes from the inside out, and it is there that the DR staff will lead as well as encourage you to be all that God has called you to be so that you can return to your place of work and ministry revitalized, renewed and REFINED.
